I guess we always have our little banters in school especially during maths and we may not be that close but I know that if I really need someone to talk to, you will always be there and just to let you know if you ever need me, I am always there for you too:)

Facade
Suddenly what everyone said about you seems so true, maybe it was true all along just that I chose not to listen before and now I do. I guess we just can’t click since we are totally different people and you seem like a burden to carry on…we dont share the same interest, likes, dislikes and furthermore, I believe you don’t know the meaning of 2 way relationship. Sigh, I guess its best if we drift apart coz I cant carry on this facade where I try to make it work but you dont really try to, do you?

Baolin: (comes in doe eyed) hiiiii…(opens her eyes wide) WHAT DID YOU DO? hahhahahhahahhahaha
Shao Min: Ohhhh! You cut bangs!(wide smile)
May: Ummm its kinda cool…(turns around to hide her grin)
Melly: (creates a bang dance and does it during PE)
Feli Loo: Hey!(walks behind me and bursts into laughter)
Geraldine: Why you cut so short?
Deryn:(laughing her heads off) I think you looked prettier with the other hair style(continues laughing)
Mdm Tan:(Staring at me) OMG, WHAT DID YOU DO DURING THE LONG WEEKEND CHANDINI?!?!(laughs a little)..you look younger though…like in Primary 2…
Nandhitha: Mr Kang, did you see chandini’s bangs?
Mr Kang: Yaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!
During PE, I think Mr R. Tan was like staring at my bangs and laughing in his head too
Mdm Faridah: Some of you became skinnier…cut shorter bangs…
Mdm Faridah: Ok, all the people with bangs will answer today…starting with chandini…
Mdm Faridah: You became smarter, i guess its because of the feathery bangs. Made you more light headed!

Mr Sng:(looks at me with the not another one look) Why is everyone cutting bangs?!?!
Mrs Chew: Why did Mdm Tan scream yesterday after I left ah?
Nandhitha: cause she saw chandini’s hair…
Mrs Chew: Why, whats wrong with her hair…(comes in front of my table and stares at my bangs)…oh, you cut bangs lah
Me: Ummm yah(c0vers bang) and everyone is laughing at it
Mrs Chew: Aiyah, they all are jealous lah coz you look younger now! And you look good:D
Geraldine: oh that means Mr Sng and Mdm Tan are jealous of you(both of us laugh again)
It’s just goodnight and not goodbye…
I told myself that I would be happy and relieved leaving the CCA with one commitment down.
I told myself that I wouldn’t cry no matter what happened during the farewell.
But the exact opposite feelings are whirling in my heart like a thunderous storm. I feel like there is now a void in my life that cannot be replaced. I feel like 4 years have passed by so fast that it seems just like yesterday when I was in sec 1. The fact that I do not need to go for debate anymore every Tuesdays and Fridays is just not sinking in. Somehow I am in denial of the fact that I am no longer part of Debate. The memories are replaying in my head whenever I stop to think about stuff, which is currently very frequent. I will miss all those gay moments with Ms Peeping Gay, Ms Jumping Gay and Ms Cranky Gay. I will miss talking about life in general with Reka. I will miss teasing and having fun with my lovely Sec 3s and I will miss seeing the giggling faces of the sec 2s when we do something hilarious. Debate has taught me more than just the skills for the floor, it has taught me about having everlasting bonds, about having the strength to carry on and how to stick by each other’s sides through thick and thin. I have made invaluable friends in debate, mainly Joy, Poojha, Jolene and Reka. Oops not forgetting my juniors too;) But I just want them to know that it doesn’t mean that I have left the CCA that you cannot come to me when you need someone to talk to…cause no matter what I am still your senior, debate or no debate, cedar or no cedar…and I love all of you a lot!
Reka: Thanks for all the motivation, laughter and crazy stuff during debates. The letter you gave us maybe not that significant for you but it sure did brighten my day! I hope that we will not lose contact in the future;) You rock coach!
Joy: Yo Captain! Haha after you became the empress of black foots, breaking school rules in front of you has been…near to impossible. Love all our loony times where we go crazy, high and gay…and you have always been there when I needed someone to talk to…and the rest you shall read in the letter I currently OU.
Poojha: PEEPING POOJHA! haha all the bus rides in 61 like today are always so fun with you! Love the way all 4 of us get high and crazy over practically everything. I will miss going to debates with you and hopefully we stay friends forever and liek Joy’s, the rest will be in your letter too;)
Jolene: WHINY! haha sorry couldn’t resist writing that. Though it seems like we are always fighting, which we are technically, but we still will be friends forever cause you know you love me too! I will love all our constant banters and all those cute fights we have which ends up in both of us clutching our tummies and laughing so hard.
Geraldine: Hello, new captain! haha I know you can do your job well and you can still find me when you need someone to talk to…and I am taking care of Wilbur. And the letter is pretty much a prep/psychoing letter haha and hopefully you will never forget this senior of yours;) Love you junior!
Michelle: Prez Koh! haha you rock lah gangsta girl II. Love talking to you with your ever so lively and funny antics. You are a delight to have as a junior and I believe even Joy, Poo and Jo will agree with me on this. And you will make a brilliant third speaker coz of the fire you have in you, I bet you will be better than the 4 of us and thats what we want…I know you will do us all proud coz you wont give up! And if you need anyone to talk to, you know where to find me!
Syahirah: Haha, you shall be my K pop intergrater( oh I am listening to sorry sorry by super juniors while writing this lol) I will miss your calm and composed nature…you are like the peacemaker in debates whenever conflicting thoughts are brought up and be that way;) I know you will make a great 2nd and reply since your reply’s are oh-so-awesome(unlike me who could never really reply) You 3 will make an even better team than the 4 of us…I can see it!
Sec 2s: Well I really did not get to know you that well but I just want to let you know that if you work hard enough, you will be better debaters and will do us all proud in every endeavour of yours! You have great potential and we know it just work towards bettering youselves. Do everything with passion and determination. I hope that you will form unbreakable bonds with one another and love debate like how you sec 4 seniors did…and well the rest was in the letters I wrote to you guys;)

Chronicles of the bang I
After Sunday, I had many varying reactions to my new bangs, some good, mostly funny.
Mom&Dad: What did you do to your hair?!?!(stifling their laughter)
Sister:(After laughing like a maniac and scaring her son off) You…ummm look cute?
BIL:(In a sleepy tone) You remind me of that alien guy in star trek(dad starts laughing at this)
Ping Hao(on the train): Ummm you cut bangs?…i preferred the previous hair do better…
Jolene: What the… Now I will look weird walking with you in plaza sing;)
Confusion
I don’t know who to trust anymore cause one minute you seem so truthful and the very next…so deceitful…

Kim Sang Bum. My latest craze after officially getting over the vampire, Edward Cullen;)
Isn’t he like totally cute for a korean guy? and seriously his co-star in boys before flowers and him just look too good together, Chu Ga Eul and So Yi Jung…the cute girl and the suave casanova! they even have a nickname for the couple…SoEulmate.and I guess they should get together in real life too or at least make another show together! bottom line is that KIM SANG BUM IS THE BEST!;)
Violins
Listening to this song, I can always feel the sadness in it.
The Violin manages to portray emotions so strongly and thats what I love about it, afterall I am quite sentimental and used to play the violin which I will take up again for sure. I can just feel that pain and anguish in this song so clearly that it makes me sad just listening to it. Maybe I will try learning this piece when I retake violin next year.
